General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Preamble
Welcome to the Graphic Fine Arts Paris website, dedicated to the presentation and sale of artworks on paper. We invite every visitor to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the Personal Data Protection Policy, with the utmost attention, prior to any browsing or ordering.
Access to the Site, its consultation, as well as any transaction, imply full, complete, and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Personal Data Protection Policy. The Customer expressly acknowledges having read and accepted them in their entirety.
Article 1 – DEFINITIONS
“Customer”: refers to any adult natural person acting in a personal capacity or any legal entity purchasing one or more Works via the Site.
“Order”: refers to any purchase made by the Customer on the Site.
“Work”: refers to any artwork offered for sale on the Site.
“Site”: refers to the website accessible at www.graphicfinearts.fr published and operated by Graphic Fine Arts Paris.

Article 3 – PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the Site concerning prints and artworks on paper, particularly lithographs, engravings, posters, and other graphic works.
Article 4 – PRODUCTS
The essential characteristics of the Works are presented on the Site.
Photographs are for illustrative purposes. Slight color variations may exist between the displayed images and the delivered Works.
Information regarding limited editions is indicated in the product sheets when available.
The conservation status of the Works, where applicable, is indicated in the product sheet. Each description is prepared with the utmost care to faithfully reflect the characteristics of the Works offered.
The Works are offered subject to availability and may become inaccessible at any time.
In the event of a Work becoming unavailable after Order confirmation, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose to cancel their Order or select a replacement Work from the available pieces.
Article 5 – CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
The purchase invoice certifies the essential characteristics of the acquired Works.
Upon request, Graphic Fine Arts Paris can issue a certificate of authenticity for the Works offered for sale. For some Works, the certificate of authenticity is directly provided by the artist or their rights holder.
Graphic Fine Arts Paris relies on its experience in the art market and available documentation to establish, where appropriate, its certificates of authenticity.
These certificates reflect the appraisal made at the time of their issuance, based on the information known at that date.
Article 6 – PRICE
Prices are indicated in euros (€).
Any customs duties, import taxes or local taxes applicable in the country of delivery are the sole responsibility of the Customer. It is their responsibility to inquire with the competent authorities.
Delivery costs are included in the price of the Work.
Article 7 – ORDER
Any Order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The contract is formed upon confirmation of the Order sent by email.
Graphic Fine Arts Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order in case of a prior dispute with the Customer or manifestly erroneous information.
Article 8 – PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The accepted payment methods are those offered on the Site at the time of the Order.
Transactions are secured by partner payment providers.
Article 9 – DELIVERY
The Works are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.
Delivery times are indicative.
In case of delay or delivery difficulty, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.
Graphic Fine Arts Paris ships its Works worldwide via La Poste (Colissimo) or DHL.
Each Work is carefully and appropriately packaged for transport. They are generally rolled and packaged in a secure cardboard tube. Depending on the nature, fragility, format, or value of the Works, Graphic Fine Arts Paris reserves the right to send them flat, in a reinforced box, or via a specialized carrier.
Article 10 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the consumer Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of their Order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision.

Works must be returned in their original condition, complete and properly protected. Return costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise provided by law.
Reimbursement shall be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from notification of withdrawal. It may be deferred until receipt of the Works or until receipt of proof of shipment.
Personalized Works or those made according to the Customer's specifications do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
Article 11 – LEGAL GUARANTEES
The Customer benefits from legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
Article 12 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Works, images, texts and content present on the Site are protected by intellectual property law.
Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.
The acquisition of a Work does not entail any transfer of reproduction or exploitation rights.
Article 13 – PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
Article 14 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
The Customer may have recourse to a consumer mediator in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
