Every request is handled with care and processed as quickly as possible.

Orders

Every confirmed Order is followed by a summary sent via email.

Should you have any questions regarding an acquisition, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible to ensure optimal processing of your request.

Shipping & Tracking

Artworks are shipped with a tracking service provided by specialized carriers, such as Colissimo or DHL, depending on the nature and destination of the shipment.

A tracking number is provided upon shipment when the carrier allows it.

International Delivery

Graphic Fine Arts Paris ships its artworks worldwide.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destinations, customs formalities, and local logistical conditions.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, buyers have a legal period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of their Order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The terms for exercising this right are specified in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Artworks & Description

Each artwork is subject to a careful and rigorous description.

Information regarding the state of conservation, edition, or provenance is indicated when available.

Images are provided for illustrative purposes and do not guarantee an exact reproduction of the artwork.

Packaging

Each artwork is prepared with the utmost care and packaged in a manner appropriate to its nature, format, and fragility, to ensure optimal protection during transport.

Claims

Any reservation regarding the delivery or condition of an artwork must be reported as soon as possible, accompanied, if necessary, by photographs allowing for an analysis of the situation.
